In WESTPOINT we run our own Security Monitoring Centre (SMC). This specialized department operates 24/7 and is connected to more than 2,500 facilities. Currently, we cooperate with almost 60 security agencies that use our intervention units for their needs. Therefore this is a premium security services.

How it works

The SMC is a monitoring center that receives data and information about the status of security systems. It can be alarm alerts or checking the encoding of objects outside the set limit. The operator then resolves the situation by sending an emergency vehicle, informing the police or other authorized persons.

The monitoring center receives signals from:

• electronic security system (EZS)
• electronic fire alarm system (EPS)
• camera systems (CCTV, VideoFied).

The SMC provides services of intervention units, that are available 24/7 in case of any suspicious activity. We are able to connect your facility throughout the Czech Republic.

Intervention units

In case your security systems detect any suspicious activity, such as possible burglary or a fire, our intervention units will immediately be dispatched to the specific location. The members of these units are specialists with adequate equipment, whose task is to physically inspect the given location. Our intervention units are proud of their above-standard response speed. Which means your house will be checked faster with us, than with most other companies.

High level software

To monitor and manage security systems in real time, we use NETG - a high performance solution that allows us to quickly coordinate within our team. We also use the SIMS system, which centralizes the management of security incidents, ensures their effective analysis and immediate response.
